第一輪First Round： 送交作品Submission of Entries
參賽者須在A3尺寸的報名表格上，為他/她的DotDotDot設計一個新的角色，並為它起一個新的名字。
Participant is required to design a new character of his/her own DotDotDot on the A3 sized Entry Form, as well as to give it a new name.
有關報名表格可向1a空間索取，或按需要自行複印。The Entry Form is available at 1a space, or you may duplicate it when necessary.
每份參賽作品須附一段不少於30字的創作者自白，用以描述他/她的DotDotDot(夢)的故事。
Each entry should be accompanied with an artist’s statement in not less than 30 words to describe the story of his/ her DotDotDot (Dream).
作品須於2009年3月31日或以前，於辦公時間內(星期二至星期日10:00am – 8:00pm，星期一及公眾假期休息)送交：九龍土瓜灣馬頭角道63號牛棚藝術村14號室1a空間。
Entries should be submitted to 1a Space, Unit 14, Cattle Depot Artist Village, 63 Ma Tau Kok Road,To Kwa Wan, Kowloon during office hours (10:00 am to 8:00pm, closed on Mondays and public holidays) on or before 31 March 2009.‧
所有參賽作品將不獲發還。All entries will not be returned.
第二輪Second Round:
作品評選及「我的DotDotDot」製作
Selection of Entries and Production of “My Own DotDotDot”
由APP及1a空間成員所組成的評審小組，將分別從參賽作品中選出100個優秀作品於第三輪的展覽展出。
A judging panel comprising the members of APP and 1a Space will select 100 outstanding entries for the 3rd round exhibition.
評審準則包括創意、美感，以及主題表達能力。
The selection criteria include creativity, aesthetics, as well as communication of the theme.
入圍作品的參賽者將會獲個別通知，並獲主辦機構分發一個沒有充氣的DotDotDot氣球，以繪製「我的DotDotDot」。
The participants of the selected entries will be informed individually and distributed an un-pumped helium balloon for the production of “My Own DotDotDot”.
評審小組所作出的比賽結果為最終決定。
Results of the judging panel will be final.
100位入圍作品的參賽者會被邀請出席二零零九年四月十一日(星期六)的「我的DotDotDot」輕氣球派對暨設計比賽頒獎禮。
The 100 participants of the selected entries will be invited to join the “My Own DotDotDot” Helium Balloon Party cum Design Competition Prize Presentation Ceremony on Saturday, 11 April 2009.
第三輪Third Round:
「我的DotDotDot」展覽 “My Own DotDotDot” Exhibition
派對當日，所有入圍作品將被充氣及展出，並由當日出席的入圍的參賽者之間共同投票選出最後10位傑出作品。
On the party day, all selected entries will be pumped up and exhibited, and 10 Distinguished Designs will be voted by the peer of participants internally on the same occasion.
頒獎禮將於投票後舉行。
Prize Presentation Ceremony will be conducted immediately after the voting.

所有入圍作品的參賽者，攜同已繪製完成氣球出席「我的DotDotDot」輕氣球派對暨設計比賽頒獎禮，將獲贈(價值HK$138)DotDotDot限量版T-shirt一件。
All participants of the selected entries, accompanying with their painted balloon to attend the “My Own DotDotDot” Helium Balloon Party cum Design Competition Prize Presentation Ceremony will be offered a piece of DotDotDot limited edition T-shirt (priced HK$138).
傑出獎 Distinguished Designs
傑出獎得主除獲DotDotDot限量版T-shirt外，更各得$100書劵、收藏版氣球一個(價值HK$200)以及嘉許狀乙張。
Laureates of Distinguished Design will also be awarded a book coupon of $100, a balloon for collection (priced HK$200), as well as a Certificate other than the DotDotDot limited edition T-shirt.
